Delivery Options & Timelines

• Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £500. For smaller orders, the delivery fee is £15. Delivery time is 3–5 working days from order confirmation.

• Next Day Delivery: For those who need their grill as soon as possible, select this option at checkout before 2:00 PM. The service cost is £30. Delivery will be made on the next working day.

• Heavy/Bulky Items Delivery: Grills weighing over 30kg are handled by a specialized courier service. On the day of delivery, the driver will contact you via the phone number provided to confirm the arrival time. Please note: delivery is made to the "kerbside" or your property’s main entrance.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver across the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

• Note: Delivery times to remote areas (including the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight) may take an additional 2–3 working days. Please verify delivery availability to your specific postcode during checkout if you are in a remote location.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend inspecting the packaging in the presence of the courier. In case of any visible damage to the packaging, please record this on the delivery note or contact our support team within 24 hours. All our shipments are insured during transit, ensuring your purchase is fully protected until it is handed over to you.
